J&M Hope was started by Jocelyn and Marie, who know what it feels like to look for in-home care for someone you love and not know who to trust. They built the agency around something simpler than a service menu: one family at a time, right here on the Treasure Coast.
We are a non-medical home care agency based in Port St. Lucie. That means companionship, personal care, meal prep, and the steady day-to-day help that lets a senior stay in their own home. Not skilled nursing. Not a community you move into. The house your parent already loves, with someone they trust in it. Every caregiver we send is someone we would put in a room with our own grandmother.

Cost depends on how many hours a week, the type of care, and whether you need overnight coverage. We do not sell one-size packages. The honest first step is a free in-home assessment, after which you get a clear hourly quote with no hidden fees and no long-term contract.
Yes. Every caregiver passes a Level 2 background screening and is covered under our liability and workers' compensation insurance before their first shift. J&M Hope is licensed and insured in the state of Florida. You never hire or pay a caregiver directly.
Often within a day or two. For a hospital discharge from HCA Florida St. Lucie or Cleveland Clinic Tradition, we can frequently have a caregiver in place before your loved one gets home. Call (772) 539-4572 and we will tell you honestly what we can do this week.
We are home care, which is non-medical: companionship, personal care, meal prep, transportation, and supervision. We do not provide skilled nursing or anything a doctor has to order. If your family needs medical care at home too, we will point you toward the right provider, but the day-to-day living support is what we do.
You are never left without coverage. We keep a trained backup familiar with your parent's care plan, so a covering caregiver already knows the routine, the medications schedule, and the things that matter. Consistency is the goal, but coverage is the promise.
